Edge Collaborative

Edge Collaborative has maintained a long-standing partnership with CTI. As a civic incubator, Edge is dedicated to advancing economic resilience in Stockton and the broader region. Edge's work is grounded in project incubation – partnering with organizations to support and invest in their innovative visions for a more inclusive economy.

San Joaquin Council of Governments

As part of the Stockton Mobility initiative, the San Joaquin Council of Governments (SJCOG) launched the Bike Stockton program in 2023, introducing pedal-assist e-bikes throughout the city. The program aims to provide clean, affordable transportation alternatives, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and enhance public health—particularly within disadvantaged communities. In addition, SJCOG is a committed partner in CTI’s workforce development efforts, supporting initiatives that promote sustainable mobility and economic opportunity

Port of Stockton

The Port of Stockton serves as a vital link between local and regional economies and global markets by offering world-class infrastructure and services, while promoting economic development and job creation. As a strong advocate for workforce advancement, the Port actively supports CTI’s workforce development initiatives, including a collaborative partnership that provides electric forklift training

San Joaquin County Office of Education

The San Joaquin County Office of Education maintains a long-standing partnership with CTI, most notably through the ComeBack Kids (CBK) high school diploma program. This collaborative initiative re-engages youth and adults who left school without earning a diploma, providing them with the support needed to complete their education while also offering access to career exploration and workforce development opportunities.

Mio Car

MioCar is an electric vehicle car-sharing program that offers affordable hourly and daily rentals for community use. In partnership with CTI and other local organizations, the MioCar program is a key component of a broader mobility initiative aimed at expanding access to zero-emission transportation for San Joaquin County residents—eliminating the financial burden of vehicle ownership.

San Joaquin Delta College

San Joaquin Delta College equips students with the knowledge and skills essential for future success. They are deeply committed to fostering community advancement through strategic partnerships with a wide range of local organizations. Delta College collaborates with CTI to provide workforce development support through instructional services for the electric vehicle training programs.

Housing Authority County of San Joaquin

With a long-standing partnership with CTI, the Housing Authority County of San Joaquin has been a strong collaborator in advancing both sustainability initiatives and workforce development efforts. Through grant funding, residents of underserved communities have benefited from these collaborative services—gaining access to employment opportunities and affordable electric vehicle transportation.
